Ingredients

The oats

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

The liquid

  • ½ cup brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso with almond milk up to the ½ cup mark
  • ½ cup Silk Almondmilk
  • 2 tablespoons Silk Vanilla Almond Creamer

The spices

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or chai mix or spice mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and stir to combine before covering.
  2. Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning, remove the jar and eat directly or reheat in a pot or microwave for about 45 seconds.
  4. Top with fresh cinnamon if desired and enjoy.
