The dough and cheese

can (7.5 oz)
refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese

fat free ricotta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart, then add the mushrooms and cook until both are done.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce, pasta sauce, spinach, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, black pepper, and biscuit dough pieces until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly, then bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Mozzarella, and dollop ricotta on top, adding more Italian seasoning.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
