Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
Break noodles into 2-inch pieces.

part skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat and add onion, pepper, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the beef is no longer pink.
- Add the canned tomatoes and Italian seasoning, then bring to a slow boil.
- Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Add the broken lasagna noodles to the sauce and mix carefully.
- Stir in ¼ cup of water and sprinkle the mozzarella, Parmesan, and dollops of ricotta on top.
- Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then check the noodles for doneness.
