Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and add garlic once nearly cooked.
- Pour in marinara sauce and water, then add parsley, basil, and red pepper flakes, seasoning to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a light simmer, then add lasagna noodles and submerge them in the liquid.
- Cover and simmer until the pasta is nearly tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add half of the ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan, stirring to combine.
- Top with the remaining cheeses and cover, cooking until melted.
- Let rest off heat for about 5 minutes before serving.
