Ingredients

  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounces each)
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1 handful cilantro (about ½ cup)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • to taste Chipotle Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the Tabasco sauce in a blender.
  2. Pulse until the ingredients are chopped but not pureed.
  3. Add Tabasco sauce to taste and pulse again.
  4. For best flavor, refrigerate the salsa for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
