Restaurant-Style Blender Salsa

juice (about 3 tablespoons)

parsley or cilantro, de-stemmed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for a few seconds until everything is incorporated, leaving some chunks if desired.
- Taste and adjust salt and seasonings as needed.
- If desired, strain the salsa over a sieve to remove excess liquid.
- Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
