Ingredients

  • 1 can (28 oz) Whole, Peeled Tomatoes with juices
  • ½ bunch Cilantro
  • ½ medium Red Onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 whole Jalapeños, roughly chopped (seeds removed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse for 20-30 seconds until the salsa is smooth with some texture.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips or as part of a Mexican-inspired dish.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
