Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse for 20-30 seconds until the salsa is smooth with some texture.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips or as part of a Mexican-inspired dish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
