Sausage French Toast Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced challah, chopped sausage, and pecans.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the challah mixture and stir until evenly coated, being careful not to over mix.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave, then whisk in the coconut sugar and pour it over the casserole mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
