Spicy Honey Kissed Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Remove wings from the refrigerator and separate into three parts, discarding the wing tips.
- Coat the wings with your favorite spicy chicken rub and let them come to room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the smoker to 230°F.
- Place the wings on the smoker, turning them after 45 minutes and again after another 45 minutes.
- While the wings are smoking, combine hot sauce, French dressing, honey, crushed red pepper, cayenne, and black pepper in a saucepan and simmer.
- Remove the wings from the smoker when they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F, which takes about 2 to 2 ½ hours.
- Toss the wings with the sauce mixture and serve with blue cheese dressing.
