Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees F and add wood chips.
- Mix all the seasonings in a small bowl until well combined.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Generously apply the seasoning rub to all sides of the chicken wings.
- Let the seasoned chicken sit for 30 minutes to absorb flavors and come to room temperature.
- Place the wings in a shallow foil pan or directly on the smoker rack.
- Smoke the chicken wings for 60 to 75 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.
- If desired, coat the wings with barbecue sauce before serving.
