Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 225 degrees.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle the dry rub evenly over them.
- Coat the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the wings on the smoker and smoke for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, increase the temperature to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 15-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the wings and let them cool before serving.
