Instructions
- Preheat your pellet smoker to 225°F using your choice of wood pellets.
- Load the chicken wings into the smoker for the smoking phase.
- Smoke the wings at 225°F for about 30 minutes.
- Increase the temperature of the pellet grill to 350°F for roasting.
- Roast the wings for 30-50 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F, preferably 170-180°F.
- Once cooked, remove the wings and cover them in a pan with foil.
- Serve the wings as is or with various sauces.
