Instructions
- Prepare cold brew coffee by steeping ground coffee in water overnight and strain in the morning.
- Mix milk, pumpkin butter, agave nectar, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
- In the morning, blend 1 cup of cold brew coffee with 8-10 pumpkin ice cubes until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
