The frappuccino

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • ΒΌ cup pumpkin butter
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Optional toppings

  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold brew coffee by steeping ground coffee in water overnight and strain in the morning.
  2. Mix milk, pumpkin butter, agave nectar, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  4. In the morning, blend 1 cup of cold brew coffee with 8-10 pumpkin ice cubes until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
