Keto Mac and Cheese Skillet Casserole

Instructions
- 1. In a cast iron skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- 2. Remove the beef from heat and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and eggs until smooth.
- 4. Mix in the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Stir in the spaghetti squash, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- 6. Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture and combine well.
- 7. Transfer the mixture back to the cast iron skillet.
- 8. Top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
- 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until bubbling around the edges, for about 40-50 minutes.
- 10. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
