Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic grass fed ground beef
  • 4 cups cooked spaghetti squash noodles
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. In a cast iron skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. 2. Remove the beef from heat and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and eggs until smooth.
  4. 4. Mix in the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Stir in the spaghetti squash, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. 6. Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture and combine well.
  7. 7. Transfer the mixture back to the cast iron skillet.
  8. 8. Top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
  9. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until bubbling around the edges, for about 40-50 minutes.
  10. 10. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
