Ingredients

The main ingredients

  • 300 g Salmon Filet, in large chunks
  • 2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 pieces carrots, cut on the diagonal
  • 500 g Bean Sprouts
  • 50 g Fresh Ginger, finely chopped

The sauce

  • ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Sambal Oelek

For garnish

  • to taste Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook the salmon over medium heat.
  2. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the pan and add broccoli, carrots, and ginger, cooking until tender.
  3. Mix the Teriyaki sauce with Sesame Oil and Sambal Oelek.
  4. Add bean sprouts and the teriyaki sauce to the vegetables, tossing and cooking for a minute or two.
  5. Add the reserved salmon back to the pan, toss, and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
