Easy Homemade Coleslaw

The dressing

Instructions
- Cut the cabbage in half and remove the core.
- Slice the cabbage into thin strips and chop into small pieces.
- Place the prepared cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
- Shred the carrot and add it to the bowl with the cabbage.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, mixing thoroughly to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 4 hours before serving.
