Instructions
- Grind the almonds in a spice grinder or small food processor until powdered.
- Combine the ground almonds, water, and salt in a high-power blender and blend until creamy.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve lined with cheesecloth or a nut milk bag to remove nut bits.
- Return the almond milk to the blender and add any desired flavor add-ins, then blend again until smooth.
