Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raw almonds (unsalted)
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Sea salt (optional)

Vanilla Add-Ins

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (optional, to taste)

Chocolate Add-Ins

  • cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Grind the almonds in a spice grinder or small food processor until powdered.
  2. Combine the ground almonds, water, and salt in a high-power blender and blend until creamy.
  3. Strain the mixture through a sieve lined with cheesecloth or a nut milk bag to remove nut bits.
  4. Return the almond milk to the blender and add any desired flavor add-ins, then blend again until smooth.
