Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, turbinado sugar, cacao powder, baking soda, eggs, and peppermint extract until well combined.
- 3. Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie and place it on the prepared baking sheet, gently flattening each cookie.
- 5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top of each cookie.
- 6. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, then allow to cool before enjoying.
