Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, mashed sweet potatoes, and butter to the bowl.
- Use a fork to mix the ingredients, ensuring not to over-mix.
- Spread the dough on a floured surface and roll it out to 7x7 inches and ½ inch thick.
- Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or your preferred shape.
- For the egg wash, beat the egg with water and brush the mixture on top of each biscuit.
- Air fry the biscuits at 300°F for 4 minutes, then increase to 400°F for 2-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Alternatively, preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
