Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add minced garlic and rosemary.
- Incorporate the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add the roasted sweet potatoes and gently mix.
- Pour the buttermilk over the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown, then serve warm.
