Sweet-and-Smokey Cranberry Chipotle Ketchup

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes.
- Process until smooth in a blender or food processor.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill.
