Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Scones

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and ¼ cup of sugar.
- Stir in the milk until the dough starts to come together.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead briefly.
- Pat the dough into an 8-inch circle.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
- Cut the dough into 8 wedges and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
