Spinach & Artichoke Dip Grilled Cheese

For cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat and add spinach, cooking until wilted.
- Stir in artichokes, garlic, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until warm.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper, and parmesan.
- Spread the cream mixture on one slice of bread, add mozzarella, followed by the spinach and artichoke mixture, and top with another slice of bread.
- Repeat to assemble the second sandwich.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan and cook the first sandwich for 1 to 2 minutes, covering it.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional minute until the cheese is melted.
- Repeat the cooking process with the second sandwich.
