Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine buckwheat cereal and almond milk.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and cover the pot.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes to allow it to cook.
- After 10 minutes, remove from heat and divide the cereal into bowls.
- Top with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of sea salt, and drizzle with maple syrup.
