Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free buckwheat cereal
  • 3 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine buckwheat cereal and almond milk.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
  3. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and cover the pot.
  4. Set a timer for 10 minutes to allow it to cook.
  5. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and divide the cereal into bowls.
  6. Top with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of sea salt, and drizzle with maple syrup.
