Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet, pressing it down to form clusters.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
