Thai Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cilantro and garlic to the chicken and rub them onto the drumsticks.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix to coat well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours for best results.
- Arrange the chicken on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.
