Gluten Free + Vegan Salted Caramel Apple Crumble

The salted caramel drizzle

coconut sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12" skillet or 9x13" pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all apple filling ingredients and toss to coat.
- Dump the apple mixture into the greased skillet or pan.
- In the same bowl, combine all crumble topping ingredients and mix with a fork.
- Crumble the topping over the apple mixture.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for about 35 minutes until apples are soft but not mushy.
- While the crumble is baking, make the salted caramel sauce by heating coconut sugar and coconut milk in a small skillet, stirring frequently.
- Add cashew butter and sea salt, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Once the crumble is done, remove from the oven and serve with the caramel drizzled on top.
