Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix all filling ingredients until apples are coated, then spread into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together the topping ingredients, then stir in melted butter and sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown, covering with foil if needed.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving, optionally topping with pomegranate arils and ice cream.
