Healthy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place sliced apples in a baking dish and mix honey with water, lemon juice, starch, cinnamon, and allspice. Pour over apples and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond meal, pecans, coconut sugar, and salt. Mix in melted butter and yogurt until moistened.
- After 20 minutes, stir apples and distribute them evenly. Dollop oat mixture over the apples and return to oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let the crisp rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
