Easy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Slice the apples into small pieces and place them in a 9" x 9" baking dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples according to your taste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond meal, sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and additional cinnamon.
- Mix until the mixture is lumpy and the coconut oil is absorbed.
- Spread the almond flour mixture evenly over the apple slices.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the topping is browned and the apples are soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
