Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Add the salmon to the bowl and gently mix until coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
