Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes

The seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

The cooking

  • 1 tablespoon oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and ginger.
  3. Add the salmon to the bowl and gently mix until coated.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sauté the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
