Pear + Cinnamon Breakfast Cake

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a food processor, combine one pear, orange zest, orange juice, and almond butter, and pulse until well combined.
- 3. Add honey, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, and pulse until combined.
- 4. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 glass pyrex dish.
- 5. Sprinkle the remaining pear over the batter and gently push the pears under the surface with a spatula.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Top with whipped cream or Greek yogurt before serving.
