Cinnamon Apple Cake

Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, blend the apple, orange juice, and almond butter until well combined.
- 2. Add the honey, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, then pulse until mixed.
- 3. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 32 to 36 minutes.
- 5. Allow to cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
