Instructions
- Preheat the outdoor grill to high heat and brush with oil if needed.
- Chop parsley, onion, and garlic finely using a food processor or knife.
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, chopped parsley, onion, garlic, salt, white pepper, smoked paprika, allspice, nutmeg, and cardamom; knead until well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into 8 thin, elongated patties.
- Place the patties on the hot grill, close the lid, and cook for about 5 minutes until they easily detach from the grill.
- Flip the patties and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the grill and serve with tahini paste and parsley, if desired.
