Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients for the base in a large bowl and then add the wet ingredients.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly across the base layer.
- Combine the topping ingredients and spread them evenly over the jam.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then cut into 15 bars and store in an airtight container.
