Instructions
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, dulce de leche, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a gentle boil while stirring constantly, then reduce heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until thick and shiny.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and optional rum until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch balls and coat with sprinkles or chocolate.
- For the martini, add vanilla vodka, light Godiva, dark Godiva, and Baileys to a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with one or two truffles.
