Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a 12-count muffin tin with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, pumpkin puree, keto maple syrup, eggs, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
- If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
- Distribute the muffin batter evenly among the muffin liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan completely before serving.
