Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the salmon filets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Spread the pressed garlic evenly over the salmon.
- On one half of parchment paper, layer lemon slices and asparagus.
- Place the salmon on top and add olives, capers, onions, and oregano.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fold the parchment to seal the package.
- Repeat for remaining salmon filets.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve by opening the packages and adding tomatoes and feta on top.
