Creamy Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream

The ice cream base

Optional toppings

mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
- Let soften for 10-20 minutes before scooping and serving.
