Sheet Pan Balsamic Vinegar Salmon

McCormick's Grill Mates BBQ Seasoning

McCormick's Grill Mates Salmon Rub (or Chicken Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, then season with the spices and sprinkle paprika on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables with the remaining balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon and veggies on it, covering with another piece of parchment.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the top parchment and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
