Egg Tomato Avocado Sandwich with Spicy Yogurt Spread

Instructions
- 1. Spray a small skillet with olive oil and heat to medium low. Cook the eggs as desired.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, chipotle chile powder, and sea salt.
- 3. Toast the bread as desired. Spread yogurt on one slice and mash avocado on the other.
- 4. Top the yogurt slice with the eggs and then add the tomato. Place the avocado slice on top of the tomato.
- 5. Cut in half and serve immediately.
