Sweet and Sour Shrimp

The cooking ingredients

The sweet and sour sauce

Instructions
- Rinse and drain the shrimp, then pat dry and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce together and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over high heat with the cooking oil and add the garlic, stir-frying until light brown.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry until the surface turns white.
- Add the sweet and sour sauce and cook for 1 minute, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- If the sauce thickens too much, add more water to loosen it.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and white sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
