Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with oil spray.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and return to the pot.
- In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic, then add spinach, salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes. Season with basil and oregano, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Combine the sauce with the pasta and mix in half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to the baking pan and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and edges are lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
