Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk to combine, cooking for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Slowly pour in the turkey drippings and broth, whisking constantly.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the gravy into a pitcher or gravy boat, top with parsley, and serve.
