Instructions
- Remove the roasted turkey from the pan and place the roasting pan with drippings over medium-high heat.
- Add the broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Strain the contents through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl and skim off the fat.
- Transfer the liquid to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, mix some of the liquid with the cornstarch to create a slurry.
- Whisk the slurry into the simmering liquid and cook until the gravy thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
