Instructions
- Bring the turkey stock to a boil in a large saucepan and add the turkey drippings.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet and whisk in the flour to make a roux.
- Slowly add warm stock to the roux, whisking to combine.
- Simmer the mixture to thicken the gravy and season to taste.
