Instructions
- Cook diced bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a loaf pan with ghee.
- Process garlic, onion, mushrooms, and carrot in a food processor until finely diced.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, coconut aminos, oregano, parsley, pepper, processed veggies, and cooked bacon, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shaping it to fit.
- Bake in the oven for 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
