Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare the breadcrumbs if making homemade by toasting gluten-free bread and processing it into crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients including eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Mix the ingredients by hand or with a wooden spoon.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for about an hour until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Cool slightly before cutting and serve warm.
