Ingredients

The meatloaf

  • 2 pounds 90% lean grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup prepared ketchup

For preparation

  • 1 can nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, diced onion, beaten eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients together using your hands or a spatula, then transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven and spread ketchup on top.
  5. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
