Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, diced onion, beaten eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients together using your hands or a spatula, then transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven and spread ketchup on top.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
