The Glaze

coconut aminos

yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking sheet or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut aminos, ketchup, salt, pepper, ground mustard, and garlic powder until combined.
- Add the ground beef, almond flour, and diced onion to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the baking sheet or loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- While the meatloaf bakes, mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
- After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and top it with the glaze mixture.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
